Common questions
How many people are in the group?
The mastermind is capped at 8 members. Small enough for everyone to get value from every session, large enough for genuine diversity of perspective.
How long is the commitment?
A minimum of 3 months. Masterminds only work when the group is consistent — one-session drive-bys benefit nobody. After 3 months, you can continue month by month.
What if I can't make a session?
Sessions are recorded. Life happens — but consistent no-shows aren't fair to the group, and we will have a conversation if it becomes a pattern.
Is this just a networking group?
No. This is a working group. We solve real problems in every session. Networking is a side effect, not the purpose.
When will a place open up?
Places open when a member leaves or we decide to expand. Everyone on the waitlist is contacted in order when that happens. I review the waitlist before opening any place to a new applicant.
